• Keep property grounds clean and free of trash, debris, and other hazards
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units for new residents
• Paint walls, doors, trim, and other areas in unoccupied units
• Assist with hanging or replacing light fixtures
• Replace light bulbs, covers, and other basic fixtures as needed
• Perform minor repairs and general handyman tasks
• Assist with basic drywall patching and touch-up work
• Help repair or replace door handles, locks, hinges, and cabinet hardware
• Assist with installing blinds, curtain rods, shelving, and other basic items
• Help with minor plumbing-related tasks, such as replacing faucets or addressing simple leaks, when trained to do so
• Move maintenance supplies, tools, and materials as needed
• Assist with property cleanouts and removal of unwanted items
• Complete routine property upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks
• Notify management of maintenance concerns or repairs requiring additional attention
• Follow safety procedures when using tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
• Perform other general maintenance and property upkeep duties as assigned

• Previous handyman, apartment maintenance, construction, painting, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness and ability to learn basic maintenance and repair skills
• Comfortable using or learning to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of painting, minor repairs, or property maintenance is helpful
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify areas needing maintenance or cleanup
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely use a ladder and perform basic maintenance tasks at appropriate heights
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed
