The Salvation Army (Western) - 10200 Pioneer Road - Responsibilities:
Perform advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general building upkeep, including custodial duties and event setup/teardown as needed;
Lead and manage small to medium-sized maintenance projects;
Provide guidance and support to Maintenance Technician I and other junior staff;
Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs;
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections
