Position: CUSTODIAL WORKER A03
US Department of Defense -  - Responsibilities:
Responsible for a variety of custodial and housekeeping support duties requiring moderate to heavy physical effort.;
Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, and security of assigned hotel facilities, including public areas, guest common areas, administrative offices, meeting rooms, fitness centers, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.;
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms using proper cleaning agents and disinfectants for wash basins, ceramic tile surfaces, mirrors, toilets, urinals, sinks, and fixtures; replenishes supplies daily.;
Dusts walls, furniture, shelves, fixtures, decorative items, and cleans countertops, tables, and other surfaces.;
Sweeps, vacuums, mops, waxes, buffs, and maintains floors and carpets; completes housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and preparing rooms to hotel cleanliness standards.;
Assists with laundry operations as needed, including washing, drying, sorting, folding, stocking, and delivering linens.;
Assists with rearranging furniture and may perform minor maintenance such as replacing light bulbs.;
Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests, visitors, and staff; follows safety standards; reports hazards or injuries to supervisor.;
Provides courteous World Class Customer Service and communicates positively; seeks supervisor assistance for problems.;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
