JOB GOAL Maintain assigned buildings in a safe and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
• Demonstrate success in performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, and all building maintenance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports.

Desired

• Several years' experience in building, construction and maintenance.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
