• Must have a valid drivers license. High school education preferred. 2 years experience in related field with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment.
• Maintain the grounds of the facility.
• Assist with resident room changes and moves
