Automotive Facilities Cleaning Service – Operations (Contractor)

We are actively seeking a qualified commercial cleaning contractor to support two locations in Richmond, Texas. This role involves recurring janitorial services, storefront window cleaning, and potential additional tasks.

• Service Type: Recurring Janitorial Services + Storefront Window Cleaning
• Windows Cleaning: Once per month (exterior and interior)
• TAG Work Potential: Yes (additional work opportunities outside base scope)
• Contract Duration: Recurring (long-term program tied to client award)

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality janitorial services aligned with defined scope and specifications.
• Execute storefront window cleaning per schedule with attention to detail and presentation.
• Maintain reliable staffing and coverage across all assigned service days.
• Provide structured communication, including timely reporting and responsiveness.
• Submit required QC reports twice monthly to validate service delivery and compliance.
• Adhere to all operational standards, including safety, site‑specific requirements, and professionalism.

• Proven experience servicing automotive facilities (dealerships, service centers, collision centers) and/or retail environments.
• Ability to self‑perform services with trained, consistent staff.
• Capability to support multi‑location coverage within one or more Texas markets.
• Strong operational maturity: supervision, quality control processes, and reporting discipline.
• Responsive, organized, and capable of managing recurring schedules with minimal oversight.

• This position reports to the Area Manager.
• Contractor – 2nd Shift, Weekends.
