Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

AtWork Personnel is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician in Tyler, TX. This full-time evening shift position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while following cleaning and safety procedures.

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect high‑touch surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.

• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
