What you'll do...Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines. Inspect, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures. Observes and documents signs of wear and tear. Gathers capital expense information. Recommends repair needs to eliminate ongoing and future repairs. Determines replacement needs. Documents preventive maintenance activities. Uses heavy machinery.
May be assigned a Developmental Technician to accompany them for on-the-job training, including pickup at designated store locations and hands-on instruction for Technician-level associates. Delivers hands-on training sessions on safety, control troubleshooting, and system operations at company facilities, off-site locations, or vendor sites. Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures and oversees work of less-experienced associates by determining scopes of work for projects.
