Our company is seeking a certified and licensed pest control technician, or someone willing to learn and become certified. Applicants must reside in Fayette or Coweta County to take home a work truck; otherwise, the work vehicle must be kept in Fayette or Coweta County. Our office, located in Tyrone, offers ample parking for personal vehicles, allowing employees to exchange their vehicle at the start and end of each workday.
The employee will hold the title of Pest Control Technician, with responsibilities including pest control services, mosquito, rodent, termite treatments, and inspections as needed, Monday through Friday. After completing the probation period and establishing performance, work days and hours may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis with employer approval. The employer may also assign additional routine duties as necessary.
Full-time commitment is expected to complete assigned routes. A background check will be conducted; prospective employees must not have felony convictions or misdemeanors that indicate a lack of morals or integrity, as trustworthiness with customers is essential. A drug test and randomized drug screens will also be part of employment requirements.

Compensation:Salary is $1200 bi-weekly. After training, compensation shifts to 100% commission, based on 30% of all completed work. With an average monthly route value of $15,000–$16,000, this could equate to approximately $4,500 before taxes for a $15,000 route.
