Cleaning Staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned facilities. This role ensures high-quality cleaning standards are met while following established procedures, schedules, and safety guidelines. The position is ideal for individuals seeking work with consistent expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and use equipment properly

• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
• Professional demeanor and respect for client spaces

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Lifting up to 35 lbs as needed
• Indoor and potential occasional outdoor work
• Evening and overnight shifts
• At assigned client locations and times

• Perform nightly cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
• Follow site‑specific cleaning checklists and instructions
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to supervisor
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality control standards
• Ensure consistent, reliable attendance

• Fill in for other cleaners as needed when available

• Evening shifts: 6 pm – 10 pm, Monday – Friday
• Weekdays and/or weekends as needed if position requires it
• Part‑time hours
• On‑call availability is a plus
