Ford Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary

• Perform Repair Order write‑up, completion, and closing
• Complete Multi‑Point Inspection
• Access PTS for technical, vehicle capacities, specifications, and OASIS monitoring (searching for any Open FSA’s)
• Perform DTC retrieval and possible PID interpretation
• Program modules and use scan tools (IDS, FDRS, generic scanner optional dealer preference)
• Flexibility to bend, squat, lay on the ground, lift tires (between 75‑100 lbs), and perform under‑vehicle services

• Ford Certified Technician
• Base Level Tech B/C
• Basic Electrical Knowledge
• Coach‑Ability
• Quality Driven
• Proficient Communication Skills
• Computer Savvy (navigate tablet, etc.)

• Can perform tasks in diverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75‑100 lbs
• Can stand, squat, and work prone comfortably
