Job Title:

Job Overview: One Service Commercial Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Supervisor / Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and quality standards of our client properties. This position requires a professional who can effectively lead staff, conduct thorough site inspections, and manage logistics such as supply delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of customer facilities to ensure service quality, maintenance needs, and overall site conditions are met according to company standards.
• Staff Supervision & Training: Oversee and mentor cleaners and porters at various customer locations. Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and operational workflows to ensure consistency.
• Logistics & Maintenance: Utilize a company vehicle to travel between accounts. Perform minor maintenance, supply deliveries, and address immediate service issues or call-outs.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily and weekly reports on site conditions and inspections. Maintain professional communication with clients and management, ensuring timely resolution of any service concerns.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License: A valid New York State (NYS) driver license is required. Candidates must have a clean driving record with no recent infractions or violations.
• Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a supervisory role is highly preferred.
• Communication: Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shift Options: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $21.00 per hour.
