Repair and preventative maintenance on a variety of building equipment that includes furnaces, A/C units, ventilation devices, dock plates, power doors, sprinkler systems, refrigeration system, etc.;
Light mechanical duties;
Scoop snow, plow snow and salt walks in the wintertime;
Maintain and order supplies/parts as needed while also providing recommendations to repair and replace equipment to ensure proper functioning;
Conduct regular facility inspections and assist in developing a preventative maintenance schedule
