We are seeking a customer-service-focused Maintenance Supervisor with an upbeat, positive, and "can do" attitude. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead maintenance operations with confidence and accountability.

General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests, completing apartment turns and punch work, maintaining grounds and curb appeal, debris removal, and performing general plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and painting tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized maintenance shop and managing inventory records.

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibility. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualified candidates must have:

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
• A minimum of two (2) years of apartment maintenance experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• HVAC certification preferred
• On-call availability required

Key expectations include:

• Minimizing property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
• Training, directing, supervising, and motivating maintenance team members
• Ensuring residents are provided with safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing
• Representing Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally with coworkers, residents, and the public
