Facilities Maintenance Technician - (Part-Time/Temporary)
Are you a dedicated and skilled maintenance professional ready to ensure seamless operations in a critical environment? As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our medical client's daily functions. This onsite, part-time, temporary Monday-Friday day shift position is vital for maintaining a safe, reliable, and impeccably functioning facility, directly contributing to the well-being and operational success of essential services.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for a diverse range of building maintenance tasks, including expert troubleshooting, timely repairs, and proactive preventive maintenance across various facility systems. Your commitment to excellence will help keep critical operations running smoothly, ensuring high-quality service and support for our client. Please note this role also includes participation in an on-call rotation to provide essential coverage, highlighting your crucial role in maintaining continuous reliability.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
