3rd Shift - 11 PM - 7 AM
Urbana, OH
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Skilled Trades
- 8+ years working on electrical/mechanical industrial equipment
- Proficient with PLC's and 480V 3 phase systems
- Must understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
- Ability to install, repair or diagnose faulty machinery and initiate corrective action
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, meters, and service tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Maintain equipment ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments, provide support and teach others
- Perform welding and fabrication (MIG and TIG)
- Familiar with CMMS for documentation
- Understand lean principles, 5S and ISO standards
- Commitment to safety and production efficiencies
