Buildings Maintenance Manager

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking a Buildings Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment upkeep in our manufacturing operations. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage a team of technicians, and coordinate with production to reduce downtime and maintain a safe, efficient plant. Responsibilities include managing contractors, maintaining HVAC, electrical, and building systems, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead daily building and facility maintenance for a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and infrastructure
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, ensuring safe and efficient work practices
• Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support operations
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outside contractors for specialized services
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to meet regulatory and safety standards
• Track maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and work orders using CMMS or similar systems
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and facility uptime
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, conducting inspections and audits
• Support facility expansion, upgrades, and special projects as Bundy Baking Solutions grows
