Handy man​/Grounds Keeper

Life Balance Recovery is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Groundskeeper / Handyman to maintain and support multiple properties in the Spanish Fork and Mapleton areas. This role is responsible for keeping our facilities safe, clean, functional, and well‑maintained for clients and staff.

This position covers:

• Residential treatment center in Mona
• Two sober living homes in Spanish Fork
• One home in Mapleton
• Office in Spanish Fork

• Perform routine property walk-throughs and identify maintenance needs
• Complete small repairs as needed (minor plumbing, patching, hardware, basic electrical, etc.)
• Maintain yards and exterior appearance (mowing, trimming, weeds, trash pickup)
• Replace light bulbs, batteries, filters, smoke detector batteries, etc.
• Handle minor paint touch-ups, drywall patching, door repairs, and general upkeep
• Coordinate with management for larger repairs requiring outside contractors
• Maintain tools, supplies, and basic maintenance inventory
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs as requested

• Experience in handyman work, maintenance, or groundskeeping
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision
• Comfortable working around sober living and recovery environments
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and property upkeep
