Perform routine and preventative maintenance on resort facilities;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed;
Inspect irrigation system regularly and repair as necessary;
Maintain resort pool(s) and test chemical levels;
Assist Resort Manager with supervision of service contractors
