Location: Milford
A mining company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Team Lead to supervise plant maintenance staff. The role includes overseeing repairs, coaching employees, and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities involve addressing emergency repairs, managing maintenance schedules, and maintaining proper inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, completion of a craft apprenticeship, and at least 4 years of mining experience.
This position is full-time, with a unique shift schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off.
