Oil & Gas Roustabouts - Up to $22/hr - Benefits Package - Roosevelt, UT
Scout is seeking Roustabouts to join their team in Roosevelt, Utah. This role involves manual labor in oil and gas production operations, maintaining equipment, and supporting field activities. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in physically demanding environments with a strong work ethic.
Perks & Benefits- $18 - $22 per hour, overtime eligible
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401K (for full-time employees)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus in some locations)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to pass pre-employment drug and background check
- Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform vigorous outdoor activities and manual labor
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn data entry
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
- Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment within oil and gas facilities
