Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain resort facilities and grounds;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed;
Inspect irrigation systems and recreational amenities and perform minor repairs as needed;
Assist Resort Manager with supervision of service contractors and report maintenance issues;
Maintain resort streets, common areas, pool(s), and resort vehicles/equipment; ensure safety and curb appeal
