Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sanitation Tech to perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Pay Rate
: $18.00/hr the pay used as an hourly rate or range depending on experience, skills, and location. The shift is 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM with weekend work required.

Shift & Work Hours 7 AM‑3:30 PM, weekends required.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace in designated areas.
• Follow seven steps of sanitation and maintain safety compliance.
• Understand and use chemicals, labeling, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality per company policy.
• Perform safety tasks such as Lock‑out/Tag‑out (LOTO) and comply with all safety regulations.
• Work cooperatively with leads and management to ensure all sanitation procedures are followed.
• Frequently lift hoses, equipment, and chemical containers; lift 15–50 lbs.
• Wear employer‑specified PPE including gloves, face shield, eye goggles, apron, boots, and safety glasses.
• Work in extreme temperature fluctuations and all environmental conditions present in food‑processing plants (hot, cold, loud, wet).
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs.
• Good communication skills with team members, managers, and customer staff.
• Ability to take direction and be accountable for own actions.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally employable in the United States.
• Project a professional appearance and attitude.
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
