QualificationsHard worker, takes direction, self‑motivated, able to lift up to 50 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the building custodian with day‑to‑day cleaning, periodic deep cleaning, and minor maintenance responsibilities, including but not limited to cleaning and maintenance of floors, restrooms, furniture, windows, and walls. Snow removal, grounds work, and mechanical system monitoring may be assigned.
SalaryClassified Salary Schedule. Range 12: $19.38/hr health and dental insurance may be purchased.
Hours8 hours per day, year round from 11 AM to 7 PM.
