As a Custodian
, your day will be active, varied, and essential. You'll help ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for public use. Typical responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, offices, locker rooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors and surfaces
• Emptying trash and restocking supplies
• Traveling between city facilities to perform custodial duties
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or painting
• Supporting event setup and takedown
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues or safety concerns
• Assisting with pool maintenance and cleaning equipment at aquatic facilities

Every Custodian plays a vital role in creating a positive environment for the community.

This Custodian position offers a flexible part‑time schedule of 20–30 hours per week

To succeed as a Custodian
, you should bring:

• Minimum age of 16 (18+ preferred for driving duties)

• A valid Utah driver’s license
