Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the resort;
Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities;
Inspect irrigation systems, playgrounds, pool/spa, and other recreational amenities and perform minor repairs;
Maintain resort grounds and perform lawn care tasks including weed control and planting;
Report maintenance issues to the manager and assist with supervision of service contractors
