Custodian​/Bus Driver: Water School

Requirements

Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess or be wiliing/able to acquire a CDL. Must be willing to pass a background check. Must be able to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, operating equipment, and performing maintenance and repair duties.

Big Water school is now accepting applications for a full time custodian/bus driver. The custodian/bus driver plays a vital dual role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as performing routine building maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, and custodial duties during non-driving hours.

This is a split position with 30 hours per week of custodial work and 10 hours per week of bus driving. Custodial hours are paid at a rate of $26.89 per hour and bus driving hours are $34.95 per hour (with increases coming soon to both). The position qualifies for district benefits.
