SUMMARY:
Seasonal full-time only. Free season pass for yourself and qualified dependents, deeply discounted day passes for friends & family, and killer discounts with our amazing retail partners. This job is an outside position working in the elements, working under dark, cold and adverse conditions. Work begins late October and typically runs through the middle of January, but could run through February/March.
FULL-TIME ONLY. 12 hour shifts are required Day Shift from 7am to 7pm, Night Shift from 7pm to 7am four consecutive days.
What will you be doing?
- Gun runs consisting of rotating guns, checking snow quality and clearing snow from around shelters.
- Setup, teardown, troubleshooting and mobilization of automatic, manual and fan guns.
- Monitor and operation of snow making computer as well as system pressure and flow.
- Monitor and operation of water computer.
- Monitor snow making motor room
- Your own reliable transportation is a must, 4WD or snow tires recommended. No public transportation available.
- Valid driver’s license required.
EQUIPMENT USED:
- Trucks
- ATV
- UTV
- Trailers
- Ski and Snowboard Equipment (day shift only)
- Mobile guns
- Hoses
- Shovel
- Hand tools and torches.
What do you need to be able to do the job?
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation with 4WD or snow tires
What will make you stand out?
PREFERRED:
- Previous ski industry experience (not required)
