Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am, and must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Utica property located at 1229 Kemble St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr sign on bonus $2,500.00

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. Proactively ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality through the oversight, sharing, and completion of items in a safe manner, such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. Promptly communicates significant incidents, issues, and or concerns to the Property Manager.
