Facilities & Operations Department Needs A Full-Time Custodian
Our client's Facilities & Operations Department has an immediate need for a full-time custodian. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6am – 2:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, starting as soon as possible and with an undetermined end date (most likely until the position has been filled permanently).
Custodians are responsible for building cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, etc…) and will assist with basic grounds keeping tasks (i.e. raking leaves, shoveling) as well as occasional minor maintenance tasks (i.e. changing light bulbs, etc…).
Qualified individuals should have some basic janitorial/maintenance experience, the ability to work 2nd shift and reliably commute to/from work, be detail-oriented, be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and be able to pass a background check. The pay rate for this position is $16.50/hr.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
