BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume, member-focused environment. This on-site role oversees technicians, contractors, and daily work orders to keep equipment, racking, and facilities safe, reliable, and compliant. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, managing parts inventory, and maintaining accurate records. You will train and coach team members in safety and maintenance standards, partner closely with operations leaders, and support continuous improvement while upholding BJ's culture of integrity, collaboration, and member service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse maintenance operations for equipment, facilities, and safety systems
- Assign, coordinate, and monitor work orders for maintenance technicians and contractors
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Inspect warehouse equipment, racking, and building systems for safety and compliance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic HVAC issues or coordinate repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, parts inventory, and service records
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations leaders to support productivity and member service
- Train and coach team members on safety procedures, equipment use, and maintenance standards
- Enforce OSHA, company safety policies, and housekeeping standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost control
