We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at North Pointe Apartments located in Vacaville, CA!

• Complete maintenance service requests, perform appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers.
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Take emergency calls and respond as needed.
• Work across multiple trades to support property maintenance needs.
• Provide customer service with a focus on tenant satisfaction.

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other trades is a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $25-$26/hour DOE
