Mid-Level Maintenance Technician – Charter

We’re looking for a skilled Mid-Level Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our multifamily condo-hotel property. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest units and common areas
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and conduct safety inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and residents
• Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and documentation while supporting special projects as needed

$26– $31/hour

DOE; $500 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 60 days

5 days per week with some weekend and holiday flexibility

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality settings
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks indoors and outdoors
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong customer service and communication skills
