Custodian & Maintenance Assistant – Oxford Court

Join Oxford Court as a Custodian & Maintenance Assistant and play an essential role in keeping this mountain residential community clean, welcoming, and running smoothly through every season. Duties Include:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas throughout the five‑story residential property, including hallways, lobby, elevators, fitness room, game room, garage, and office spaces
• Support seasonal landscaping efforts during spring, summer, and fall to keep outdoor areas looking vibrant and well cared for
• Assist with snow removal during winter months to help maintain safe and accessible walkways and drive areas
• Clean and maintain outdoor amenities including patio furniture, the pool, and hot tub areas
• Partner with the onsite Building Engineer on light maintenance projects and general property upkeep

Location: Oxford Court– Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Year Round

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24/ hour; signing bonus paid $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date and brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to support a variety of indoor and outdoor property responsibilities. Previous housekeeping, gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance experience is preferred.

• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently while following direction
• Organized and able to manage daily task lists efficiently
• Committed to delivering exceptional service to owners and guests
• Professional in appearance, communication, and overall presentation
• Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Spoken English required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
