Maintenance Engineer Tech III – Solaris

Solaris Residences is seeking an Engineering Technician III professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, residential units, and commercial spaces throughout the property.

This is a PM position with mornings off for fresh tracks!

• Respond to guest, owner, and employee work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across units, common areas, and building systems (including boilers, pools, and fire systems)
• Ensure all facilities and operational systems are maintained in safe, efficient, and reliable working condition
• Collaborate with internal technicians and outside contractors to complete repairs, improvements, and assigned projects
• Document work performed and complete tasks in compliance with safety guidelines and brand standards

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $27/ hour;
Hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts/ week;
Sunday – Wednesday 12:30pm – 11:00pm

Ideal candidate qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis with no end date. Basic computer skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, preferred technical school education or high school diploma, and Certified Pool Operator certification. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and practical judgment to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, common‑sense approach to maintenance and problem‑solving.
