Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Support the facility’s upkeep to meet safety, cleanliness, and environmental standards to enhance member experience.
