Maintenance Associate - Manufacturing

Position Summary

This position involves assisting other maintenance technicians, maintaining equipment, completing records, and performing preventive maintenance on building facilities and equipment. The role includes operating material handling equipment, managing hazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

• Assist other maintenance technicians in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Complete work orders, records logs, and other documentation.
• Maintain and repair building facilities (e.g., plumbing, construction, painting).
• Operate material handling equipment (battery, moving machinery, and powered equipment).
• Assist in the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
• Perform preventive and basic maintenance on equipment such as production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, etc.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Complete work assignments and priorities, using collaboration with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and opportunities for improvement.
• Act with integrity, promote ethical standards, and support corporate goals.
• Work as a team, build relationships, and communicate with impact.
• Mentor others and recognize contributions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.85 – $33.85. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
