Park Grounds Team Member/Team Lead

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Perform all duties of Park Grounds Team Member/Team Lead
• Ensure operation meets the company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all park and department operational and safety policies and procedures
• Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate line level employees
• Ensure all radio calls are handled quickly and efficiently
• Assists in keeping SOPs and SDS sheets up to date
• Ensure staffing levels are accurate and appropriate to the business needs and works with the Entertainment/Park Services Operations Manager to make necessary adjustments.
• Work cooperatively with all departments at Wild Adventures
• Ensure inventory levels and expenses are appropriate to the business needs and work with the Attractions Operations Manager to make necessary adjustments.
• Ensures clean work areas and storage closet areas
• Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner
• Satisfies Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
"Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding expectations
Performs other duties as assigned

• Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the small things. Like wiping down the stainless steel trash cans in the restrooms or removing spots from the mirrors.

Skills & Abilities
Education:
High school graduate or general education degree preferred.
Experience:
6-12 months of Park Services or Supervisory experience, or equivalent related educational experience preferred.
Computer
Skills:
Competency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Certifications & Licenses:
Must be approved as a Safety Trainer by the Safety Department.
Other Requirements:
Position requires ability to read, write, and speak English.

Work Environment
Position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in presence of dust and odors. Team Members are susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids and blood borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight.
