We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sterling Village Apartments.

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Repair appliances
• Paint areas
• Assist with apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is required
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for on‑call rotation

• $25-$26/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
