Maintenance Assistant | Technician

Position Summary

We invite you to join our family as a Maintenance Assistant. The Maintenance Assistant must possess the ability to perform a variety of duties, including assisting with the maintenance/repair and modification of the building, its utility systems, and grounds; follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, and maintain necessary documentation in permanent files.

• Full‑Time: AM (Thursday - Monday)
• Thursday, Friday, Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• A high school graduate/GED preferred.
• At least one year in general maintenance (institution or building), carpentry or facility construction, plumbing and/or electricity, or appliance maintenance. Must demonstrate ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal, and work independently.

$22 – $25.50 per hour.
