Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant must possess the ability to perform a variety of duties, including assisting with the maintenance/repair and modification of the building, its utility systems, and grounds; following a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and system equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files.

• Full‑Time AM (Thursday - Monday)
  • Thursday, Friday, Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• A high school graduate/GED preferred.
• At least one year in one of the following fields:
  • General maintenance (institution or building)
  • Carpentry or facility construction
  • Plumbing and/or electricity
  • Appliance maintenance
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal, as well as work independently.

$22 – $25.50 USD per hour (minimum and maximum base pay at time of posting). Final salary is based on skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
