Petroleum Service Technician​/CDL Driver

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the maintenance of our petroleum tanks and for fixing any issues that may arise with a tank while ensuring safety rules and regulations are followed in accordance.

• Install and set petroleum tanks and equipment.
• Remove tanks.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Deliver fuel as required.
• Understand and safely operate equipment and the vehicle assigned.
• Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain positive communication with the supervisor and customers as needed.
• Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of equipment, building, and grounds.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Class
  
  A CDL required.
• Haz Mat endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Acceptable driving history.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required certifications.
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and possible weekends during peak seasons.

• Ability to walk a mile, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bending and climbing in and out of the truck.
• Ability and willingness to work outside in both hot and cold conditions.
