Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for residents, staff, and the public.

• Physical abilities: stamina, strength, and endurance
• Supportive presence: create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Teamwork: ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff
• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge in electrical, heating, and cooling helpful
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
