Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff, and the public.
Skills Needed- Physical Abilities:
Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide maintenance services. - Supportive Presence:
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. - Teamwork:
The ability to work toward a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff:
Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. - Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge in electrical, heating, and cooling helpful.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
