Mechanical Technician Manager

Lead the mechanical pulse of a state‑of‑the‑art paper mill. • 4+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of boilers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
• Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical documentation (blueprints, P&IDs).

This role requires the ability to work in a loud industrial environment, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
