• Provide a clean, healthy, and well‑maintained environment for all residents, guests and employees.
• Perform a variety of cleaning duties in residents’ apartments and common areas around the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a facility, hotel, hospital, school or apartment setting.
• Dependable, able to follow instructions and management direction.
• Adheres to safety guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families and staff.
