Compensation: Hourly, and Weekly Pay
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift with overtime as needed

Job Summary

The Yard Maintenance & Facility Support Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility and surrounding property. This position performs routine janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and provides general labor support to operations, maintenance, and equipment personnel as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Clean and maintain the driver breakroom and office areas.
• Cleanand organize the maintenance shop.
• Clean the scalehouse, scale room, and office spaces.
• Empty trash receptacle sand replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness ofcommon areas toensure a safeand professional work environment.

Yard & Transfer Station Responsibilities

• Pick up litterand debris throughout the property.
• Remove debris thathas blown from company property onto adjacent roadways and parking areas.
• Fill potholes and maintain gravel lotsto promote safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
• Keep the yardclean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform general grounds maintenance as assigned.

Seasonal Responsibilities

• Shovel snow from walkways, entrances,and work areas.
• Apply salt insiste melt to maintain safe walking and driving surfaces.
• Assist with other winter-related maintenance and cleanup activities.

• High School Diplomaor Above
• Previous janitorial, grounds maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability toperform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors.
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials with assistance when required.
• Strong work ethicwith the abilityto work independently and as partof a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety procedures andcompany policies.

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, andmanual labor.
• Exposure to dust,dirt, noise, andmoving equipment inan industrial environment.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must beworn as required.
