We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Hotel Manager to lead a dynamic team and maintain the hotel's legacy of providing unparalleled guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for luxury service, strong operational acumen, and the ability to inspire a team dedicated to excellence.
Description- Luxury Guest
Experience:
Uphold the highest standards of personalized service, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and reflective of the hotel's values and the five diamond standards. - Upholding Values: Guests come first. Embed these values in every service, from dish presentation in the restaurant to check‑in at the front desk.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s reputation, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Departmental Overview: Lead the executive team with a participative style, coordinating operations and identifying solutions.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders, fostering loyalty and reducing turnover.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Financial Oversight: Drive revenue, manage budgets, forecast operating expenses, and guide department heads.
- Brand Representation: Act as the hotel's public face, engaging community and industry partners.
- Employee Relations: Maintain an open‑door policy, comply with BC legislation, and leverage union experience if available.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Deep understanding of the Vancouver market and luxury hospitality segment.
- Strong financial acumen and record of revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for bespoke guest experiences and service excellence.
- Experience with globally recognized luxury brands is an asset.
