Requirements:

Presentation & Presence: We re looking for servers with a polished, camera-ready presence, confident communication, and a passion for high-touch, luxury hospitality.

Guest-Facing Role: This is a highly guest-facing position requiring refined demeanor, strong social awareness, and the ability to create a premium, memorable experience.

Professional Standards: Candidates should maintain a well-groomed, polished appearance and embody the Lux Cafe & Lounge standard of upscale service.

Late-Night Energy: Comfortable working in a glamorous late-night lounge environment, with the poise and professionalism expected in a high-end venue.

Late-Night Lounge Service (Required): After dinner service ends around 11:00 PM
, the entire restaurant transitions into one full bar & lounge experience with a late-night menu
. Servers will continue providing polished table/lounge service and guest engagement for those who enjoy staying late.
Availability to work until approximately 2:00 AM is required on scheduled nights.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process guest payments
• Follow all service standards
