The menu, developed by our Executive Chef, features globally inspired flavors and high-quality ingredients. Both culinary and front-of-house staff are focused on creating memorable experiences for our guests, from handcrafted dishes to flawless service.

• Prepare and manage freshly made prep recipes daily
• Ensure food preparation specifications are met and follow appropriate food handling protocols
• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Uphold cleanliness of the workstation
• Support in all areas of the kitchen

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an asset
• Impeccable attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
